Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and any damaged packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will gladly arrange either:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work quickly to rectify the issue by sending the correct product or providing an appropriate refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
