At Neuroskin Lab, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During product launches, sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Neuroskin Lab cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • Extreme weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Neuroskin Lab is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@neuroskinlab.shop and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Lost parcel claims may require additional processing time while investigations are completed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

Following review, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Shipping rates, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import charges vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities.
